Pete is the patriarch of Bull Hill Guest Ranch. He, along with his wife Patsy have built a legacy of hospitality at Bull Hill Guest Ranch that is surpassed by none. Nephew of the Guglielmino family, Brent joined the family ranch operation in 1998 as our Ranch Manager, after graduating from Washington State University. Brent assists with the daily operations of the guest ranch, assuring a quality stay for every guest. Brent, his wife Carrie, and their three children, Joe, Pete and Kate join with the Guglielmino family to welcome our guests.

Operations Director
Tucker not only is a wrangler when needed but he is the office and marketing manager. He earned his degree from WSU in marketing and is putting those skills to good use keeping Bull Hill running smoothly. You will find Tucker all around the ranch and usually on the phone.

Wrangler Manager
Joe returned home and to the family business in 2012, after spending some years away in Honolulu, HI and Phoenix, AZ. His experience as a mechanic has been an invaluable asset to the ranch. Joe’s knowledge and love for the land he grew up on comes across during his trail rides when you’re sure to ride somewhere you’ve never been before. Accompanying Joe on most of his rides and cattle drives is his sweet Border Collie, Lilly, who’s been a wonderful addition to the ranch as well.

Wrangler
Hunter is another son of the ranch and in is the youngest of the Guglilmino clan. Hunter brings his own youthful style and energy to the ranch and you will thoroughly enjoy riding the trails and washing down the trail dust with this fine wrangler.
Hailey

Hailey

Lead Wrangler
Hailey and her sidekick "Knox" (her dog) are from Ohio. Hailey has great energy, always has a smile, and is always good for great conversation. She's also a bird nerd (knowledgeable about birds and birding) and a master mixer behind the bar.

Megan

Wrangler
Megan is a third-generation farmer, born and raised in Wisconsin. She's been traveling on her own for three years now doing what she loves, riding horses and meeting new people.

A Pennsylvania native, Kayla grew up riding horses while showing in the Hunter and Jumper divisions, before switching over to Western riding. After college, she came out west to live the ranch life as a Wrangler. Kayla most loves to travel, meet new people, and spend long days in the saddle

Edgar loves exploring nature horseback and making great memories to look back on. A life goal of his is to help others through horsemanship. Edgar enjoys the simple things in life, like laughs around a campfire, hitting the dance floor, and making friendships and conversation. A mechanic since 18, Edgar is also handy around the shop.

From South Carolina, Allison has always been drawn to the western life. Having recently graduated from Clemson, Allison is hoping for a new adventure that involves her three passions: people, horses, and agriculture. Allison is excited for the opportunity to connect with guests and looks forward to meeting you!

Head Cook
Part-time cook and full-time artist. Chris has been creating her culinary art at Bull Hill Guest Ranch for too many years to count and her weekday meals are to die for. Don’t be afraid to ask…more than likely she has whipped it up before.

Jenny (also one of the family) enjoys tapping into her Italian roots and preparing dishes with a Mediterranean feel. Providing a range of both comfort and healthy options, Jenny's love shines through in her food and her warm personality. Be sure to keep an eye out for her eggs benedict...you won't be disappointed.
